Do you work with products and services?

How fast will I get my content?

Most content is turned around in about two days or less. If it’s something a bit more involved, it might take a little longer—but we always keep you in the loop so there are no surprises.

How many requests can I make?

After you subscribe, you can submit as many content requests as you’d like. We’ll work through them one at a time in the order they come in, so your queue stays organized and progress stays steady.

How much time does onboarding take?

Not much at all—just a few minutes. After you subscribe, we’ll get you set up on Basecamp (usually same-day), and from there, you can start submitting requests right away. It’s quick, easy, and designed to get you rolling without the hassle.

How hard is it to cancel? What happens if I do?

Super easy. You can cancel anytime—just give us a heads-up at least 5 business days before your next billing date. We bill monthly based on the day you signed up. So if you joined on the 7th, your subscription renews on the 7th of each month. No hoops to jump through, no hassle.

What if I need revisions?

Totally okay—revisions are part of the process! We’ll keep tweaking until you’re 100% happy. Just keep in mind that revisions, like all requests, go through your queue and are handled one at a time so everything flows smoothly.

How do I make requests?

We keep it super flexible. We use Basecamp to keep everything organized and easy to track, but you’re not stuck using just one method. You can make requests directly in Basecamp, shoot us a quick email, or even send a text to our dedicated SMS line if that’s easier for you. Whatever works best—we’ve got you.

Do you handle posting on social media, blogs, and other channels?

Yep! Every client gets access to our built-in social media scheduling tool—so no need to pay for extra software. It supports most major social platforms, and you’ll have full control to approve, edit, or add to the content before it goes live. For blogs and other platforms, we’ll work with you to get access and handle the scheduling. Just a heads-up—if you’d like us to handle the actual posting, that task goes into your delivery queue like everything else, which may add a bit of extra time depending on what’s ahead of it. We’ll always keep you updated on timing so there are no surprises.

What if I need to submit more requests every once in a while?

That’s no problem at all. If you occasionally need more requests than your plan includes, you can easily add extra with our Task Boost add-ons. Just grab a one-time pack (1, 3, or 5 additional requests), and we’ll queue them up inside your normal workflow—no need to upgrade your entire plan. It’s a flexible way to scale up when you’re launching something new, have a busy week, or just need more done—without committing long-term. Need a boost? Just let us know or submit your add-on request right in the portal.

What if I have a larger project?

No worries—when you send over a big request, we’ll break it down on our end into smaller, manageable pieces and keep you updated along the way. You’ll see consistent progress, with new pieces delivered every 24–48 hours until the whole project is complete.

Are there any types of content Talent Branded doesn’t create?

Yes, there are a few areas we don’t cover. We don’t create content that’s unethical, harmful, or promotes hate in any way. That includes adult or pornographic content, anything designed to mislead or hurt others, or content that violates platform or community guidelines. On the technical and design side, we don’t take on UX design, programming, large-scale logo or brand identity projects, complex motion graphics, or advanced analytics work. Our focus is on powerful, done-for-you content marketing—videos, emails, social content, landing pages, and assets that help you grow without needing a full development or design team.

Do you offer refunds?

Because this is a service-based subscription and time is booked specifically for your content, we don’t offer refunds once a billing cycle has started. That said, you’re free to cancel at any time with a 5-business-day notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. We’re always here to make things right—if something’s off or not what you expected, just reach out and we’ll work with you to fix it.

Who actually does the work?

All projects are directly handled or overseen by Damon, the founder of Talent Branded. That means you're not getting passed off to a random team—you’re working with someone who’s deeply invested in your results and brings years of experience in content, marketing, and branding to every project.

Are stock images, audio, AI voices, and video included?

Yep—Talent Branded provides unlimited access to a wide range of stock images, stock video clips, royalty-free audio tracks, AI-generated voices, and AI music for your projects. For most clients, everything falls under normal usage and there’s no extra charge. If a project goes beyond basic usage—for example, something really large in scale—we’ll always let you know ahead of time and get your approval before any additional costs are involved. No surprises. If you need to use specific assets (like branded photos, licensed footage, or a particular voiceover) that fall outside our library or tools, those will need to be provided by you.

What if I just want to use the service for a month?

That works! There’s no long-term commitment—you can sign up for a single month, get all the content you need, and cancel before the next billing cycle (just give us a 5-business-day notice). It's a great way to knock out a bunch of projects or test things out before deciding if you want to stick around.

Can you also help with strategy and content coordination?
